Haut-Ogooué, département de la Mpassa bienvenue au village Biniomi
Le Premier Ministre Chef du Gouvernement, Rose Christiane Ossouka Raponda a procédé le 8 décembre 2021 à l’inauguration du nouveau village Biniomi, dans le département de la Mpassa, province du Haut Ogooué à l’ouest du Gabon. Un village dont les travaux ont été financés par la société Nouvelle Gabon Mining dans le cadre de ses obligations contractuelles liées notamment à la responsabilité sociale des entreprises.
Le nouveau village Biniomi dont les travaux ont duré deux ans et coûté un peu plus d’un milliard, est un projet qui tient compte des aspirations des populations en matière de logement. Il marque, selon la vison du Chef de l’Etat, Ali Bongo Ondimba, l’implication des entreprises minières dans le développement économique et social du pays, apportant par ailleurs la preuve de l’engagement du Gouvernement à œuvrer pour le bien-être des populations de l’ensemble du pays.
Ce sont au total une quarantaine de maisons d’habitation, un dispensaire, un marché, deux églises, des lavoirs, des toilettes publiques et bien d’autres commodités réalisés par une PME locale dont le savoir-faire conforte la politique réaliste du Chef de l’Etat en faveur du développement d’un tissu de PME et PMI/PMI nationales performantes.
Le nouveau village Biniomi apporte, cela va sans dire, une amélioration certaine de l’habitat des populations avec l’accès facile à l’eau, à l’électricité et bien d’autres commodités fondamentales de la vie quotidienne.
Le représentant des populations du nouveau village a, dans son allocution, lors de la cérémonie d’inauguration, exprimé la gratitude de ces derniers au Chef de l’Etat, Ali BONGO ONDIMBA, ainsi que leur « attachement indéfectible à sa politique sociale de promotion de l’habitat rural »
Dans son discours de circonstance le Ministre des Mines, Vincent de Paul MASSASSA, a, quant à lui, insisté sur la détermination de L’Etat, à travers le département ministériel dont il a la charge, de faire de Binioni un point de départ permettant la modernisation de tous les villages se situant à proximité des zones d’exploitation minière sur toute l’étendue du territoire national.
