L’agence gabonaise de la normalisation va procédé à la formation des artisans sur les normes rendues d’application obligatoire
La chambre des commerces du Gabon va abriter du 22 au 24 février la formation des artisans sur les normes rendues d’application obligatoire. Un évènement organisé par l’agence gabonaise de la normalisation (AGANOR). Plusieurs participants sont attendus.
En collaboration avec ses différents partenaires, notamment la chambre des métiers de l’artisanat du Gabon, la chambre de commerce du Gabon et agence de la promotion des investissements (ANPI) l’agence gabonaise de la normalisation va former les participants des secteurs alimentaire, cosmétique, restauration et BTP. « L’élaboration d’un programme national de formation des artisans vise le renforcement des capacités des artisans en matière des normes gabonaises rendues d’application obligatoire. En effet, les producteurs locaux utilisent peu les normes gabonaises dans le cadre de leur processus de fabrication affectant ainsi la qualité de leurs produits. Alors étant donné que la problématique de la qualité des produits est générale, ce programme prendra également en compte les artisans de l’intérieur du pays. L’objectif étant de susciter la distribution des produits artisanaux par les centres commerciaux, sensibiliser aux enjeux de la qualité, inciter à l’appropriation des normes en général et en particulier celle rendues obligatoire. Maitriser les bonnes pratiques d’hygiène et de fabrication, améliorer le design des étiquettes notamment pour le secret alimentaire, et certifier les produits locaux. » A laissé entendre Judicaël Ongouna Directeur Adjoint de la Promotion de la Qualité à l’AGANOR.
Au cours de cette formation, plusieurs normes et secteurs seront concernées notamment, en Alimentaire, l’étiquetage des denrées alimentaires préemballées (NGA 13500), les aliments diversifiés de l’enfance « Baby foods » (NGA 13517), les œufs de poules en coquilles propres à la consommation (NGA13551). Le tourisme (NGA 511) conditions d’hygiène dans les établissements de restauration exigences générales. Les BTP (NGA 18500-3) spécification pour les éléments de maçonnerie partie 3 éléments de maçonnerie en béton de granulat (granulat courant et légers). Cosmétique (NGA 2005) cosmétiques bonnes pratiques de fabrication (BPF) lignes directrices relatives aux bonnes pratiques de fabrication Normes Générale d’étiquetage des produits cosmétiques.
La formation qui va regrouper 20 à 30 personnes par session de formation s’étendra sur 3 jours par province et dans les capitales provinciales respectifs notamment les provinces de l’Estuaire, du Haut-Ogooué, du Moyen-Ogooué et de l’Ogooué-Maritime.
