Pharmacies hospitalières au Gabon la redynamisation des actions au menu des échanges entre le ministre de la santé et des affaires sociales et ses collaborateurs
Mise en œuvre du Plan d’accélération de la transformation volet médicament, le Ministre de la Santé et des Affaires Sociales, Dr. Guy Patrick Obiang Ndong assisté de son Ministre Délégué, Justine Lembimbi épouse Mihindou, a présidé le 18 mai 2022, une séance de travail à laquelle prenaient part, le Directeur général de l’Office pharmaceutique national (OPN), le Directeur général de la Caisse nationale d’assurance maladie et de garantie sociale (CNAMGS), le Directeur de l’Agence du Médicament (DAM) et la Présidente de l’Ordre national des pharmaciens. Il s’est agi pour les membres du Gouvernement et les différents acteurs de trouver des pistes de solutions nécessaires à la redynamisation des pharmacies hospitalières.
Réuni autour d’une même table, le patron de la Santé et des Affaires Sociales a invité la Direction générale de l’OPN à accélérer les actions urgentes inscrites dans le cadre de la réforme du secteur pharmaceutique engagée par le Gouvernement et dont la pharmacie hospitalière constitue un des piliers de l’amélioration de l’offre de soins proposée aux populations.
Il a de ce fait invité le Directeur général de l’OPN à faire des propositions concrètes afin que les pharmacies hospitalières des structures sanitaires soient approvisionnées dans les meilleurs délais.
A cette effet, le Directeur général de l’OPN a soumis à la tutelle un programme d’actions à valider ainsi qu’un projet de convention tripartite OPN-Formation sanitaires-CNAMGS qui permettra de manière d’assurer l’approvisionnement des pharmacies hospitalières et la prise charge par la prise en pérenne charge par la CNAMGS des factures de ses assurés. Au sortir de cette séance de travail, les différents acteurs ont convenus d’accentuer la synergie des forces afin de matérialisé le plus rapidement possible cette vision gouvernementale.
