Pourquoi vous êtes-vous engagé au festival FIER DES ODD ?
Nous nous sommes engagés pour le Festival Fier des ODD car bon nombre de nos citoyens ne savent pas l’existence où ne comprennent pas vraiment l’utilité des 17 ODD. De plus nous voyons les effets du changement climatique à travers l’irrégularité des pluies, des inondations, l’assèchement des sols etc. En tant que OSC militant dans le domaine de l’environnement, prendre part à ce festival est un moyen pour nous de davantage promouvoir une prise de conscience auprès de nos frères et sœurs.
Que comptez-vous apporter de plus pour contribuer à ce festival ?
Ce que nous comptons apporter de plus c’est de mettre en place des mécanismes afin de davantage mobiliser du monde pour un réel impact au Burkina Faso.
Des 17 ODD qui existent, lesquels vous intéressent plus ? Pourquoi ?
Ce qui nous intéresse c’est l’ODD 15 car déjà nous sommes une OSC évoluant uniquement dans le domaine de l’environnement et également parce que le Burkina Faso perd environ 247 145 hectares de forêt chaque année, tout en sachant que les bienfaits des arbres ne sont plus à démontrer.
Quel conseil pouvez-vous donner aux citoyens lambda qui vous liront ?
Nous innovons avec une séance de Fitness durant laquelle nous profiterons faire une sensibilisation. En effet, vu les difficultés de la vie, chacun cherche à se divertir et à fuir ses problèmes en quelques sortes. Donc pour les réunir on passe par une petite fête et on les sensibilise indirectement. C’est une séance de Fitness (santé et bien-être) ensuite des prestations d’artiste, des sensibilisations sur les vertus de certaines plantes qui sont autour de nous et qui permettent de soigner certains maux (empoisonnement, palu etc), la responsabilité sociétale des entreprises vis à vis de l’environnement, et pour finir l’éco conception.
Ainsi donc à travers notre festival, les jeunes ainsi que les chefs d’entreprises prendront davantage conscience de l’importance de l’environnement et des devoirs qu’ils ont envers elle.
